AUSSTELLUNGEN KONTROVERS: A new information portal for museum professionals
At the beginning of February 2022, the new information portal AUSSTELLUNGEN KONTROVERS was launched, which was developed as part of the DFG knowledge transfer project ” Conveying Conflicting Scientific Topics in Exhibitions” (2017 to 2021) – a cooperation between the Technical University of Munich, the Leibniz Institute for Knowledge Media, the Deutsches Museum and the Institute for Museum Research, National Museums in Berlin. The portal offers focus texts, literature summaries and practical examples related to the presentation of controversial topics in exhibitions.
