Au\u00dferdem gef\u00e4llt mir die Tatsache, dass Lernen nur eines von vielen verschiedenen Ergebnissen ist und dass informelles Lernen freiwillig stattfindet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Erkenntnisse aus dem Bereich des informellen Lernens haben Sie\/Ihre Arbeit am meisten beeinflusst?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt so viel gro\u00dfartige Arbeit in diesem Bereich. Die Kreativit\u00e4t und das Engagement der Menschen, die in den Museen Bildungsarbeit leisten, fasziniert mich immer wieder. Au\u00dferdem ist der Bereich der Museumsforschung etwas, das mich sehr begeistert und beeinflusst.
